These guys are awesome I would highly recommend hiring them. They don't price gouge you like other contractors. Very professional and always on time and show up when they say they are going to. They also finish their projects in the time frame they say. We had hired them to build a one car garage and put a metal roof on our mobile home. The one car garage turned out exactly like what my husband wanted. They even did the dirt work themselves with shovels by hand. They also did the concrete pad which they said was the first one that they had done and it turned out really nice. We love our one car garage. The metal roof also turned out very nice, we had another company put one on a couple years back and they didn't do it right and we started having leaks in our ceilings. S&B came in ripped it all off and did it the way it should have been done in the first place and we have had no more leaks. Then we had to fire our contractor for the inside work we are remodeling some rooms and fixing the water damage in our ceilings and our bedroom floor. We couldn't find another contractor to do the work so my husband asked David if they would be interested in doing the remodeling work. They stepped right up and helped us out by doing the work and did an awesome job on the floor and the ceilings. They also communicate with you the whole time they are working for you. I would highly recommend hiring them. We definitely will be for any future work. You couldn't ask for a more reliable, professional, reasonable, friendly, company. Thank you both of you for all the hard work you guys did for us. You made this experience wonderful and we appreciate all you did for us. We are so happy that we hired you guys and we are very very pleased with all the work you did.
